  In order to conduct business with one of the service providers listed on our pricelist at the prices indicated, you'll need a membership number. In times of immediate need you can call the office at (650) 321-2109 to make arrangements for membership and subsequently complete and mail the form.

Every year we negotiate the pricing for services by participating Mortuaries. The current version of Prices at Participating Mortuaries for Members is available from this website in either pdf format, or as a regular webpage. You'll need Adobe Reader in order to view the pdf version.

ATTENTION There have been important changes to the Participating Mortuary List. Please review the list. If the mortuary you had previously chosen is not on the list, you will need to choose a new mortuary. You may fill out the quick change form by clicking here, call the office or send us a note with your choice.
